Membership Badges

When you join Scouting, you receive the World Membership Award; the section name tape; and a Billericay & Wickford District badge.

These should be sewn on your right sleeve.

Staged Badges

Badges are awarded to young people because they have achieved something, either when working with the section doing an activity, or at home. There are hundreds of badges for Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts to work towards, and the best place to investigate is on Scouting UK's website.
